Which fabrics do you recommend for custom printed table covers, and why?

We produce custom tablecloths in two primary ways. For seamless table covers up to 10 feet wide, we print on Soft Knit fabric. Many clients also choose 60-inch-wide fabrics such as MJS Spun, Mystique Satin, or Poplin for their tablecloths for events. MJS Spun is especially popular because it offers a heavier hand and cotton-like feel while remaining durable for repeated event table covers and professional installations.

Do you offer flame-retardant tablecloths and are they durable for event venue?

Yes. We offer flame retardant custom tablecloths suitable for indoor venues and convention centers. These table covers for events can be produced on fire-rated fabrics that meet NFPA 701 standards. In addition to compliance, our event tablecloths are designed for durability and repeated use, making them ideal for rental companies and high-traffic event environments.

How colorfast is dye-sublimation for custom printed tablecloths after repeated washing?

Dye-sublimation produces excellent colorfast results because the ink bonds directly into the fibers of the fabric. We regularly supply rental companies with custom printed tablecloths and printed fabrics that are washed between events. When cared for properly, the graphics maintain vibrancy and clarity through repeated laundering, making them well-suited for high-turnover event use.

What artwork specs do you need for custom printed tablecloths?

We accept most file types including EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, TIFF, JPEG, and INDD. Vector artwork is preferred whenever possible. Graphics should be at least 200 DPI at full scale. If your custom printed tablecloth is being produced seamless (up to 10 feet wide), providing artwork at final tablecloth dimensions works best. For tablecloths printed on 60-inch-wide fabrics such as MJS Spun, Mystique Satin, or Poplin, we recommend submitting artwork as a repeat file (commonly 20″ x 20″). Pattern alignment between panels is not automatic and must be specified in advance. If precise matching is required, additional setup and surcharges may apply.
