Burt Isdaner
After graduating from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Burt went on to found Liba in 1962. Known for his energetic and loud personality, Burt started the company in the garment district where we remain today. To this day we still have legacy customers who remember Burt and reminisce about him with a smile.
David Visoky
David brought his expertise from the insurance industry to Liba when he joined in 2001. He led the company's transformation from a focus on apparel to specializing in the event and hospitality sector. David is still an active member of the Liba team.
Jacob and Jessica Visoky
Jacob joined the team in 2018 and focuses on business development and new product development. Jessica joined in 2021 and is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the business.

What is Liba Fabrics Privacy Policy?
We take the privacy of our users very seriously and maintain strict confidentiality with all information collected. This information will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to any third parties.
We treat all the information you provide with the highest level of care and will only use it in accordance with your consent.
Please note, we adhere to all applicable U.S. laws and may be required to disclose information to the courts if legally compelled to do so.
Wholesale Business
We welcome new commercial accounts! If you would like to open an account with Liba Fabrics, please send us a copy of your business license or resale certificate with your Federal Employer Tax ID and we will gladly send you everything you need to get started working with us.

What is the Service and Shipping Policy?
Liba Fabrics goal is to provide the absolute best service in the trade. When placing your orders or requests, please advise us when you must receive your order and we will ship according. With that said, all orders, that do not involve cutting fabric, should be shipped within 24 hours after receiving them. Orders that do involve cutting can take an additional few days to ship but can be rushed upon request.
How does the Invoicing and Tracking work?
Liba Fabrics has invested in the most extensive Hardware and Software systems in the marketplace. After your order is processed and shipped, you will automatically get an email the next morning with the invoice (which also serves as a copy of the packing slip) which includes what was shipped, how shipped, with the Tracking (If sent by UPS or Federal Express) or Pro Number (if sent by Truck). If sent by UPS or Federal Express, you will also get an email with the tracking information on the day your order was shipped, directly from them on our behalf.
What are Cancellation and Return Policies? – No Hassels
- Returns or discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns on cut fabric or custom sewing and print orders.
- We will evaluate returns for uncut rolls on a case by case basis. You are subject to a 20% restocking fee on any returned or cancelled orders.
- Credits/Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item and can take up to 10 business days to process.
